BJP is aggressively trying to get hold of upcoming West Bengal election. Home minister Amit Shah is gathering support in his rallies across Bengal.
Shah said the people of West Bengal want change in the state to end political violence, extortion and Bangladeshi infiltration. His rally saw huge turnout in his roadshow in Bolpur, Amit Shah said he had never seen such a roadshow in his life and this shows people’s love towards Prime Minister Modi and anger towards West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Shah also paid homage to Rabindranath Tagore by visiting Visva Bharati at Rabindra Bhavan on the university campus. Amit Shah,in his two-day visit to Bengal, paid floral tributes to Tagore at Rabindra Bhavan on the university campus. Amid tight security, the union home minister arrived here for more than an hour-and-a-half-long visit to the central university. Vice-chancellor Bidyut Chakraborty and members of the faculty will also have meeting with Amit Shah.
